The Des Moines Chamber of Commerce Expansion Announcement
We have been working on ways to expand our reach and serve more of the small businesses in and around Des Moines…and have an exciting announcement – the Des Moines Downtown Chamber of Commerce is becoming the Des Moines Chamber of Commerce.
With this change, we hope to serve a bigger area with more programs and services, targeted towards you – the core of the Des Moines business community.

- Will this impact me if I am a current member of the Des Moines Downtown Chamber? No. Your paid membership will remain valid until the renewal period.
- Are you still going to be an affiliate of the Greater Des Moines Partnership? Yes. We believe in the mission of the Greater Des Moines Partnership – uniting one voice, one mission, one region. We see this as a path to continue to contribute to that conversation with a new energy.
- Will programs and events change? The board and committees have been working on a plan to expand our ability to provide exceptional, timely, and relevant programming to members – we see this as a way for us to grow and help provide support, education, and connect members to each other and to new and different conversations.
