Our Ambassador Committee
The Ambassador committee serves as an onboarding team, welcoming and assisting new members in getting involved, as well as continued long-term engagement. Ambassadors provide assistance at events and Chamber activities. Through their frequent Chamber involvement, Ambassadors gain exposure for themselves and their business.
This committee is perfect for those in hospitality, sales, outreach, communications, performance arts, or public affairs!

- Adopt new members and work through a list of onboarding activities
- Continued outreach to existing members to listen and engage deeper in the Chamber
- Sign up for volunteer shifts at events

Our Membership Committee
The Membership committee works to grow the number of Des Moines Chamber members by introducing businesses to the benefits of chamber membership. Committee members engage in prospecting, provide introductions to prospective members, and connect them to chamber resources, services, and opportunities. Committee service is a great way for others to learn about you and your business, too!
